That was a lucky bonus: a small surprise of a few extra points that sometimes lands on a tap, and is announced on the board when it happens.
It is never guaranteed — a bonus that always arrives is a wage, not a surprise. It is more likely after a quiet stretch, because the moment a child feels furthest behind is the moment something good most needs to land.
Bonus points only ever add. You will see the announcement on the board when it happens.
