On your child's page, pick the part of the day that suits your family: <b>the school run</b> (on the way out), <b>after school</b> (when they get in), <b>at dinner</b> (round the table), <b>at bedtime</b> (the last thing).
Pick the time you are most likely to be with your child and able to notice something. The note is an invitation, not a chore: it does not arrive on a day you have already tapped, because on that day you already know.
Choose Not at all to switch it off completely.
