| What | When |
|---|---|
| Your moment | Once a day at the time you chose — and never on a day you have already tapped something. |
| A good day | About an hour after a day you tapped something, one line saying so. |
| A prize reached | The moment your child reaches one, so whoever hands it over knows. |
| Your first week | Four short notes, each sent once, about what to try next. |
| Money | Before your free days end, and before a yearly subscription renews. |
| A school rating | The first rating of a school day, once a day however many goals are rated. |
| Somebody joined | When a teacher or another grown-up opens the link you sent. |
| Your week | On Sunday. |
| School has gone quiet | When nobody has rated for a while and somebody is still able to. |
| Nobody can rate | To the other grown-up, when the last person able to rate at school is switched off. |
If a notification cannot reach your phone, the same message comes by email instead — never both. The good-day note is the one exception: it only ever comes to your phone.
After two months with no taps at all, the app stops writing to you altogether.
