My sign-in link does not work. What do I do?

Ask for a new one; links last 30 minutes and work once, so an older email or a second tap will not sign you in.

If a fresh link still fails, open it in Safari or Chrome rather than inside your mail app, or use Sign in with Apple on an iPhone.

My child's total looks higher than the taps I remember. Is something wrong? Almost certainly not; school medals and lucky bonuses add points without a tap from you, and the list of recent taps only shows the latest ones.
I tapped with no signal. Did it count? Yes; taps made offline are kept on the phone and sent the moment it connects, and none are counted twice.
The app said something did not save. What should I do? Wait a moment and try again; nothing you had already saved was lost, and the message only means that one action did not go through.
