Help · When something is not working
Wait a moment and try again; nothing you had already saved was lost, and the message only means that one action did not go through.
This usually means a weak connection at the wrong second. Taps are kept and retried on their own. For anything else — a prize, a note, a change to buttons — press the same thing again.
Pressing again never doubles anything: a prize is not charged twice and a tap is not counted twice.
